About Issues & Troubleshooting
- Super Mario Run isn't working properly!
- I can't hear the sound!
- I can't receive Purple Toads or Yellow Toads even after clearing World 2-1 and beyond.
- I linked a Nintendo Account but I can't receive Toad.
- I can't clear the missions required to play the courses in World ★.
- After clearing World 6-4, World ★ has appeared. However, it appears locked and I can't access it.
- Super Mario Run cannot be accessed because the User Agreement or Privacy Policy has changed (support code 804-3400).
- For iOS: Music is not playing when I press the Play button within the game.
- For Android: The music playing through the music app stops when I try to continue via bookmark data.
