I can't receive Purple Toads or Yellow Toads even after clearing World 2-1 and beyond.

You must purchase all the worlds in order to get Purple Toads and Yellow Toads.

After purchasing the worlds, they'll come to your kingdom after you win specific stages of Toad Rally, after clearing courses in World 2-1 and beyond.

Note: You cannot get them from free daily stages.
