Once a Nintendo Account has been linked to this game, can the link be removed or can I switch to a different Nintendo Account?

It is not possible to remove the link between this game and a Nintendo Account.
Also, unless you delete your Super Mario Run user data, you cannot switch to a different Nintendo Account.

Note: If you delete your user data, you cannot restore that data. This includes any coins and any Rally Tickets you have.
