To transfer your save data, you need to link with Nintendo Account in advance.

To Provide Smoother Support:

• If you have linked with your Nintendo Account, please enter the email address registered to that Nintendo Account.
  • You can check your email address by following these steps:
    • Go to [ Menu ] > [ Settings ] > [ About This App ] > [ Manage Nintendo Account ] on the Kingdom screen
  • If you have not linked:
    • Please check [Protecting Your Game Save Data] and consider linking your account
